Data and Server Housing
Neocom was the first company in New Zealand to have access and permission to house servers in a Telecom Exchange. This gives Neocom the ability to house servers in its own data centre, providing secure and stable platforms to clients.
The Neocom Data Centre is located in the Napier Telecom Exchange. The Data Centre utilises building-wide UPS with backup generators, fire suppression, air-conditioning, multi-stage identification and 24/7 monitored security.
Help Desk Support Services
Neocom’s Help Desk service offers a one stop shop for all hardware and software support. Through the use of an automated job logger, clients can enter and track their work requests as well as receive automatic updates when the status changes or the request is resolved. Our Service Delivery Manager will ensure that all work requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manor to minimise IT related costs and reduce down-time.
